Katarzyna is a lawyer and academic by background with vast expertise in the fields of public law, e-government and eID.

Olivera Pecić is a graduated social worker, employed as an educator and operator at the National Contact Center for Children's Safety on the Internet, within the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications. She uses the knowledge gained at the university in her daily work with children and parents, to whom she provides advisory support and knowledge about children's safety on the Internet. In daily communication with citizens, she has direct insight into the advantages and disadvantages of a human-centric approach that makes a meaningful impact on digital transformation. In front of the Centar, she writes educational texts for children in the magazines "Ježurak" and "Fazon". She presented the platform's work at numerous conferences and events aimed at raising awareness of children's digital safety and the dangers citizens face in the online world.

Maksym Shkilov is a digital executive professional with expertise in the digital transformation field, with a focus on digitalizing government databases and services, enhancing their interoperability, and developing digital back-ends for government institutions. His experience covers a wide range of areas within digital transformation, equipping them with a strong understanding of the strategies, technologies, and tools needed to facilitate effective change in the public sector. He has a proven track record of leading and contributing to projects aimed at streamlining government processes, improving data accessibility, and enhancing the overall efficiency of public services.
Key Areas of Expertise: - Digital Transformation: conceptualizing, planning, and executing projects that modernize and digitalize government databases and services. His primary goal is to leverage innovative technologies to enhance public sector operations and citizen engagement.

| Sarah Delporte, Project Officer, International Telecommunications Union
Sarah Delporte is in charge of the UN Affairs and UN Partnerships, digital inclusion, child online protection, and green digital issues at the Europe Office of the ITU. Her responsibilities include managing projects and supporting Member States in these areas, as well as strengthening the cooperation between the ITU Office for Europe and the UN Sustainable Development System and EU structures on digital development and ICT projects to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She co-leads two regional UN working groups on digital transformation, under the UN Regional Collaborative Platform for Europe and Central Asia and the UN Brussels Team and serves as the Office's representative to the UN Country Teams in the Europe Region. She holds a master's degree from UNU-MERIT in Public Policy and Human Development as well as a bachelor's degree in communication and marketing. She has also received training in journalism.
