Session 1: Global and Regional Trends in Evolution of ICT Policies and Regulatory Frameworks for Inclusive Connectivity

This session will address the current trends in the ICT Policy and regulatory frameworks in the international context. The European Approach to ICT policies will be addressed from the point of view of regional organisations, national ministries and regulatory authorities, with particular emphasis on Western Balkans Countries and their inclusion of non-European Union countries.
