ITU Regional Workshop for the CIS "Cooperation with ITU: Opportunities for Member-States, Sector Members and Academia. ITU Structure and Working Methods Explained" (Issyk-Kul​, Kyrgyzstan, 20-22 August 2025)​

The workshop will provide a platform to explore cooperation opportunities for ITU membership, explain in detail the procedures and operations of main ITU conferences and working bodies, notably on the upcoming World Telecommunication Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25) to be held from 17 to 28 November 2025, Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

The workshop aims to bring together telecommunication/ICT policymakers, regulators, industry, academia, organizations on specific regional telecommunication and ICT matters, and other interested stakeholders of the ITU Member States, Sector Members and Academia from the CIS Region, including representatives who hold leadership positions in various ITU-D working bodies.

Please note that the workshop will be held back-to-back with the meeting of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC) in the preparation for WTDC-25.
