ITU, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Technology (MCT) and the National Communications Authority (NCA) of Somalia, is organizing the National Multi-Stakeholder Consultation Workshop for the Validation of the National Digital Transformation Strategy and Training on Digital Regulation and Transformation, to be held in Mogadishu, Somalia, from 12–16 October 2025. This workshop will convene key national stakeholders to validate Somalia’s National Digital Transformation Strategy and deliver capacity-building sessions on digital regulation and transformation. The initiative seeks to strengthen Somalia’s digital ecosystem, enhance institutional capabilities, and align national efforts with global best practices to foster inclusive and sustainable digital development.
