The event will take place in San José, Costa Rica, from 10 to 11 August 2016, organized by the Office of development of the telecommunications (BDT) of the International Union of telecommunications (ITU), in partnership with the Ministry of science, technology and telecommunications (MICITT) and the Viceministry of telecommunications of Costa Rica, in order to promote the sustainable development of local governments with the support of ICT and its use.
