The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is pleased to invite participants to participate in the PRIDA project HCM4A Administrative and Technical aspects training, FR and EN - Online, 3 - 7 February 2025.
The purpose of this activity is to train member state experts on the administrative, management and technical aspects of the HCM4A agreement. The training will cover administrative and technical procedures on the coordination of frequencies between 29.7 MHz and 43.5 GHz for the fixed service and the land mobile service.
The workshops relates to the Policy and Regulatory Initiative for Digital Africa (PRIDA) project, which is an initiative by AU, EU and ITU. It also includes RECs, ATU, Regional Regulatory Associations, National Regulators, and other stakeholders.
