Stakeholder Consultation to Review the Legislative Frameworks
on Electronic Transactions
The HIPCAR Stakeholder Consultation Workshop to review the Legislative Frameworks on Electronic Transactions was held in St. Vincent (3-5 June 2013), kindly hosted by the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Division of Telecommunications, Science, Technology and Special Projects and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project.
The objectives of the Workshop were to review the proposals for reform of the aforementioned frameworks to facilitate harmonization in accordance with the HIPCAR Model Policy Guidelines and Legislative Text.
