Gregory DOMOND has been a Senior Consultant since 2012 at the regulatory Body of Haiti: CONATEL. In this position, he is in charge of International relations, mainly with ITU, and also leads the training program for both employees of the regulator and young benefiting specific capacity building in the field of ICTs. He previously served as Manager of International Relations for Haitel and Comcel. He is also the executive Director of an ICT incubator and a telecommunications professor in several universities. He holds a M.Sc. in Telecommunications and a B.Sc. in electronic engineering.
