The Seminar is aimed at analyzing the processes of co-evolution of infocommunication technologies and society. The Seminar will consider issues such as: the role of knowledge infrastructures in creation of knowledge-based economy; specifics of building of cognitive infocommunication systems and their role in Intellectualization of city and national anthropogenic infrastructures; intellectualization of anthropogenic infrastructure; technologies of building of cognitive radio and their influence on frequency resource market and quality of services; resource-effective designing of city cognitive networks aimed at improving quality of services provided to the subscribers; the position of network technologies in the system of intellectual management of city traffic flows; trends in the development of access networks and others.
