Francis Xavier Inyangat

Youth Envoy​

Francis Xavier Inyangat is a 22-year-old final year student pursuing Computer Engineering from Busitema University. He is a member of Generation Connect Africa (GC-AFR) Youth Envoy at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

Xavier has actively participated in youth empowerment using digital technologies with organizations such as Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT), Mastercard Foundation, Google Africa, and Makerere University Innovations and Incubation Center (MIIC). Currently, he is the Alumni Lead for the Mastercard Alumni Network Uganda chapter, where he assists the foundation in co-design programs, mentor youth on digital business trends and innovation.

He co-founded an AI (Artificial Intelligence) research club in his university and actively volunteers to conduct AI research with Makerere University AI Lab.
