20th Meeting of TDAG  

28 – 30 April 2015

The 20th meeting of the Telecommunication Development Advisory Group (TDAG) will be held from 28 to 30 April 2015 at ITU headquarters in Geneva.  Meetings of the TDAG Correspondence Groups will take place on 27 April 2015 in the same venue.

Register for the meeting

Pre-registration for the meeting is carried out exclusively online through focal points designated by each entity entitled to participate. The relevant information can be found on the registration page. Participants registering on-site must present a letter of accreditation from their respective focal point.

Practical information and the list of recommended hotels can be found online. Visa procedures are also available online.

Submit your contribution

To facilitate the submission of contributions to TDAG, a contribution template is available online. The deadline for the submission of proposals and contributions on the items of the draft agenda is 15 April 2015 to enable appropriate processing of the documents.

Time management

The Time Management Plan is currently under development, however we would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the following sessions planned just before TDAG:

    • A meeting of the TDAG Correspondence Group on the Strategic Plan, Operational Plan and Declaration will take place on 27 April at 0930h.
    • The TDAG Correspondence Group on the rules of procedure of the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector (WTDC Resolution 1 (Dubai, 2014)) will meet on 27 April at 1430h.
    • An information session for newcomers will take place on 28 April at 1100h.
    • The opening ceremony of the 20th Meeting of the TDAG will take place on 28 April at 1430h.

Paperless arrangements

We would like to remind you that in order to support worldwide efforts in addressing climate change, the meeting will be largely paperless. Participants are kindly requested to bring their laptops. A sync application will be available on the meeting website for installation on the laptops and accessing the updated documents electronically.
