Summary:

To provide effective energy services and to enhance energy efficiency on one and more microgrids configuration, it is important to collection of energy information from energy things, to process and analyse the collected information appropriately for the target energy service and to do any activities including controlling, reporting and alarming for any things and users. Thus, M2M communications could be used on one and more microgrids interconnected configuration for these energy services. This draft Recommendation provides application model including overview architecture of multiple microgrids energy system, classification of the energy services, requirements and operating procedures for the energy services. Additionally, use cases of the energy services with an appendix.
