The third annual meeting of Regional Regulators' Associations was held at the Medina Conference Centre, Yasmine Hammamet, Tunisia. The meeting was scheduled to take place on the afternoon of 13 November 2005, just before the commencement of the sixth annual Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR 2005) on 14 - 15 November 2005. The programme included:
- presentations from the regional and sub-regional regulators' associations of their activities
- a presentation/demonstration of the ITU-infoDev toolkit on ICT regulation
- a report on the Regulator's Exchange Programme that was launched this year by the ITU
