Delegations are kindly asked to contact the Room Reservations Service at <a href=\"mailto:conf-logistics@itu.int\"><strong>conf-logistics@itu.int<\/strong><\/a> to reserve a room.<br><br>Please note that meeting facilities are primarily allocated to the work of the conference. To ensure the limited number of meeting rooms are made available fairly, the following conditions apply:    <\/p>\n                            <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li><strong>All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Each delegation is restricted to 2 non-consecutive slots of 1.5 hours per day<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Meeting rooms cannot be booked as working space or office suites<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Requests will be processed in the following order of precedence:<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>WTSA-24 Committees and related working\/drafting groups<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Member States and Regional Organizations<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Other entities<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>                                <p>\n        Please be aware that an advance reservation may therefore be cancelled and rescheduled depending on the number and nature of requests received.
