The ITU Secretariat will manage the meeting rooms for the World Radiocommunication Conference at the World Trade Centre in Dubai. Delegations are kindly asked to contact the room management team to book a room via the new room reservation request form<\/a> <\/strong>or by e-mail to\u00a0conf-logistics@itu.int<\/a><\/strong>, providing the following details:<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

  • Date(s) and\/or period(s)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n
  • Time slot(s)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n
  • Number of expected participants<\/em><\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Please note that meeting facilities are primarily allocated to the work of the conference. To ensure that the limited number of meeting rooms are made available fairly, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n
    • All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
      \n
    • Each delegation is restricted to 2 non-consecutive slots of 1.5 hours per day<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
      \n
    • Meeting rooms cannot be booked as working space or office suites<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
      \n
    • Requests will be processed in the following order of precedence:

        \n
      • WRC-23 Committees and related working\/drafting groups<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
        \n
      • Member States and Regional Organizations<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
        \n
      • Other entities<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
        \n
