Corrections made to the ASN.1 modules of X.751 (11/1995)

1. Add:

ZeroToOne ::= INTEGER (0..1)

OneToOne ::= INTEGER (1..1)          

OneToN ::= INTEGER (1..MAX)    

Note: These types are used in X.751 GDMO definitions.
