Corrections made to the ASN.1 modules of Q.1218 (09/1995)

To compile these modules, a lot of modifications were made. 
As there were too many errors, it was not possible to list 
them exhaustively in this file. 
Consequently these modules are very different from those 
which were published in this Recommendation. 
However, more recent versions of this Recommendation are available
as ITU-T Recommendation Q.1228 (09/1997), Q.1238.1-8 (06/2000) 
and the last Q.1248.1-7 (07/2001).
