Youth Forum Declaration The first concern stressed was connectivity and accessibility. The world tends to emphasize innovation in IT development rather than on the widespread dis-tribution of technology and services. While information is a vital necessity we cannot ignore the leads for those who lack affordable access even to the most basic networks and services. There’s a need to ensure accessibility for those with special needs, persons with disabilities. ICT firms should promote the commercialization of renewable energies to pow-er ICTs and the use of green ICTs to address climate change. The second concern mentioned was education. Our vision is developing and developed countries should work hand in hand to promote education along with stronger collaboration between the public sector, private sector, and civil society, in connecting schools.
