This Session seeks to discuss the current trends, status and future evolution of accessibility and ICT, assistive technologies and e-health. Within an accessibility framework, assistive technologies and e-health are now playing an increasing important role as they help people with unique needs achieve greater independence at all levels, at home, at work and in the normal life. The Session provides a platform to share experiences and best practices for ICT policies, strategies and services, to meet the needs of people with disabilities.
