The TDS is main-streamed into the Forum, under the thematic track focused on ICTs and development. Based on competitive submissions, university-level students invited to the Youth Forum explore a number of ICT issues and submit a final statement to the broader ICT community. Momentum since its 2001 inauguration has led to the Youth Forum’s outstanding reputation for knowledge sharing.
