What I’ve learned… What is success for you? Success for me is not a one point goal, or a single agenda. I think it is a constant on-going process where you follow your passion religiously, and strive to do your best. I think that setting parameters for success limits you at times, and makes you too easily satisfied with what you achieve. Success for me is the constant adrenaline rush to achieve the best, without ever losing out on the vision. How could we encourage more people to use technology for good and become entrepreneurs? I think the best way to do that is to create more leaders and to decentralize leadership to hyper-local geographies. In areas where people have not seen enough technology implementation, you cannot create enough technology entrepreneurs. We need to constantly find ways to grow the penetration of technology, and to create more local leaders who consume technologies. We need to create a strong ecosystem for them that helps them start up and focus on building great companies – and not just rich companies. Are you there yet? Success in achieving our vision? Not yet. Success in being on the path – certainly. Who and what have been most helpful to you throughout your journey? I think my strongest pillars of support have been my family and my team. Even in times of repeated failure to date, I have never felt isolated and have never had to look up to find no one there for me. We need to constantly find ways to grow the penetration of technology and create local leaders who consume technology. InnovationSpace: Young Innovators 43
