– 157 – (6.2 – United Nations and other organizations) Collaboration with the United Nations concerning the agenda of United Nations meetings D 45 (C-1951) The Council, invited the Secretary-General to ask the United Nations to be good enough to consult with the ITU when the agenda of the United Nations organs and commissions are being drawn up, in order that matters of concern to the Union may be grouped together and dealt with, as far as possible, within a very short period. Such procedure would save the representatives of the Union long waits and hence would reduce official mission expenses. Ref.: Document 970/CA6 (1951).
