FA – LXXXV – 89 Original: English For Jamaica: In signing the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015), of the International Telecommunication Union the delegation of Jamaica reserves for its Government the right to: – question any act or resolution that may be contrary to its Constitution, national sovereignty, fundamental interests or telecommunication services; – take any measures it might deem necessary to protect and safeguard its interests if another Member State of the International Telecommunication Union in any way fails to respect or observe the conditions specified in the Final Acts, the Annexes thereto and the Radio Regulations or should the reservations or the consequences of the reservations made by any Member State directly or indirectly prejudice or jeopardize the operation of telecommunication services or interest in Jamaica or impair its full sovereign rights; – make any other declarations or reservations it deems necessary when depositing its instrument of ratification for amendments to the Radio Regulations adopted at this World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015). 90 Declaration withdrawn
