FA – LXII – 46 Original: French For the Republic of the Niger: In signing the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015), the delegation of the Republic of the Niger declares on behalf of its Government, by virtue of the powers conferred on it, that it reserves for its Government the right: 1 to take any action or measure it deems necessary to safeguard its interests should they be affected by decisions taken at the Conference, or should other countries or administrations in any way fail to comply with the provisions of instruments amending the ITU Constitution and Convention or the Annexes, Protocols or Regulations appended thereto, or of these Final Acts, or should reservations or declarations entered by other countries or other administrations be prejudicial to the radiocommunication services of the Republic of the Niger; 2 to enter further declarations or reservations with respect to the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015) at the time of depositing its respective instruments of ratification with the International Telecommunication Union. 47 Original: Arabic/English For the State of Kuwait: The delegation of the State of Kuwait, in signing the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015), reserves for the State of Kuwait the right to take any actions and measures it deems necessary to protect its interests should any Member State of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) fail to respect fully the provisions and Resolutions of the Final Acts or to comply with them, or should any actions or reservations by any Member State, during or after the Conference, jeopardize in any way the proper functioning of the telecommunication services of the State of Kuwait.
