FA – LVII – 35 Original: English For Japan: In signing the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015), the delegation of Japan reserves for its Government the right to take such actions as it may consider necessary to safeguard its interests should any Member State fail in any way to comply with the requirements of the Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunication Union, the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union, or the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 2015), or should reservations by other countries jeopardize its interests in any way.
