FA – XLIV – 10 Original: English For Ghana: In signing the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference, 2015, the delegation of Ghana, having noted the declarations made by other administrations present at the conference, declares: 1 that it reserves its Government’s right to take any such action as it may deem necessary to safeguard its interests should any Member of the Union, in any way, fail to comply with the provisions of the Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunication Union, the Radio Regulations of the ITU and the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference, 2015; 2 should any reservation by a Member of the Union, directly or indirectly, affect the operation of its telecommunication services, Ghana reserves its right to take any action that it may deem necessary; 3 Ghana reiterates and incorporates by reference, all declarations made at all prior world radiocommunication conferences; 4 the delegation of Ghana reserves the right of its Government to make any such additional declarations and reservations as may be necessary up to, and including, the time of ratification of the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference, 2015. The delegation of Ghana further reserves its Government’s right: – to take any such action as it may consider necessary to safeguard its interest, should any Member of the Union fail in any way to comply with the provisions of the Constitution and the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union (Plenipotentiary Conference, Busan, 2014) or should reservations by such Members, directly or indirectly, affect the operations of its telecommunications services or its sovereignty.
