MVHEVCS_X

Specification: All slices are coded as I, P or B slices. Only the first picture is coded as an Instantaneous Decoding Refresh (IDR) picture. Each picture contains only one slice. The bitstream contains a monochrome base layer (layer 0, 4:0:0) and a monochrome auxiliary depth layer (layer 1, 4:0:0, AuxId = 2). The auxiliary layer is coded independently without inter-layer prediction. Both layers have the same spatial resolution and chroma format. All NAL units are encapsulated into the byte stream format specified in Rec. ITU-T H.265 | ISO/IEC 23008-2.

The number of layers is 2, the chroma format is 4:0:0 (monochrome), the bit depth is 8 bits, the resolution is 352x240 and the number of frames is 9.
Inter-layer prediction: None (auxiliary picture coded independently)

The output layer sets are specified as follows:
- OLS_0 - layer: 0, PTL idx: 1 (Monochrome, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
- OLS_1 - layer: 0, PTL idx: 1 (Monochrome, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
layer: 1 (auxiliary depth), PTL idx: 2 (Multiview Monochrome, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1

Functional stage: Decoding of two monochrome layers (base and auxiliary depth).
Purpose: To test all-monochrome multilayer coding with auxiliary depth (AuxId = 2).
