MVHEVCS_R

Specification: All slices are coded as I, P or B slices. Only the first picture of each view is coded as an Instantaneous Decoding Refresh (IDR) picture. Each picture contains only one slice. NumViews is equal to 3. NumDirectRefLayers of view 1 is equal to 1 (depends on view 0). NumDirectRefLayers of view 2 is equal to 0 (coded independently at a different resolution). For each picture in view 1, inter-view prediction is enabled with both sample and motion prediction from view 0. View 2 is coded independently at a lower resolution. All NAL units are encapsulated into the byte stream format specified in Rec. ITU-T H.265 | ISO/IEC 23008-2.

The number of layers is 3, the chroma format is 4:2:0, the bit depth is 10 bits, the resolution is 1280x720 for layers 0 and 1 and 640x360 for layer 2, and the number of frames is 9.
Inter-layer prediction: L1 depends on L0 (sample and motion prediction); L2 independent (different resolution)

The output layer sets are specified as follows:
- OLS_0 - layer: 0, PTL idx: 1 (Main 10, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
- OLS_1 - layer: 0, PTL idx: 1 (Main 10, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
          layer: 1, PTL idx: 2 (Multiview Extended 10, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
- OLS_2 - layer: 0, PTL idx: 1 (Main 10, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
          layer: 1, PTL idx: 2 (Multiview Extended 10, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1
          layer: 2, PTL idx: 3 (Multiview Extended 10, Level 4), output_layer_flag: 1

Functional stage: Decoding of three views with partial inter-view prediction and asymmetric resolutions.
Purpose: To test three-view coding with mixed resolutions and partial inter-layer prediction.
