–	Explanation of bitstream features
The bitstream is coded with two layers, where each layer is coded as independent layer and both OLSs specifies the same PTL (Main 10 profile, Main tier, Level 2.1).

–	Profile, tier, and level for the bitstream
Main 10 profile for Layer 0 and 1, Main tier, Level 2.1 

–	Max picture width and height, and any additional picture width and height values used (i.e., for reference picture resample or scalability)  
Resolution: 416x240

–	Picture rate 
frame rate: 60

–	VTM decoder release version number able to correctly decode the bitstream with identical output, or description of VTM decoder incompatibility (preferably including a corresponding error tracking issue number.) 
The bitstream could be decoded using VVC software, tagged "VTM-23.0" in https://vcgit.hhi.fraunhofer.de/jvet/VVCSoftware_VTM. with the following command lines:
For decoding OLS0 which includes Layer0:
- DecoderAppStatic -b OLSMultiProfile_B_NHK_2.bit -p 0 -opl OLSMultiProfile_B_NHK_20.opl
For decoding OLS1 which includes Layer1:
- DecoderAppStatic -b OLSMultiProfile_B_NHK_2.bit -p 1 -opl OLSMultiProfile_B_NHK_21.opl

–	VTM release version number used to generate the bitstream, if applicable
VVC software, tagged “VTM-23.0” in https://vcgit.hhi.fraunhofer.de/jvet/VVCSoftware_VTM with attached software changes (changes.diff) was used to generate the bitstream with the following command line:
EncoderAppStatic -c encoder_randomaccess_vtm.cfg -c two_layers_independent.cfg --Profile=main_10 -c BQSquare.cfg
