PP-06 Policy Statements

At the Plenipotentiary Conference, high-ranking delegates from the Member States of the ITU, for the most part Ministers responsible for telecommunications, deliver statements in Plenary on general policy issues related to the basic functions of the Union.

Such policy statements are limited to one speaker per delegation. Policy statements made at the Plenipotentiary Conference and provided electronically are posted after delivery on the website of the Conference, in the language(s) in which they were submitted.
