• Where the Government is able to deposit its credentials ahead of the opening of the Conference, they should be sent by registered mail, to arrive no later than 27 October 2006, to the following address:

• Where the Government wishes to deposit its credentials during the Plenipotentiary Conference, they may be deposited, as from 3 November 2006, with the secretariat of the Credentials Committee.
  
  The location of the office of the Credentials Committee within the Conference Center will be indicated in the documentation to be provided to delegates upon registration.
