Submissions may include:    <\/p>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Your organization\u2019s official logo.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Photographs or videos documenting pledge implementation.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Testimonials or quotes directly related to your pledge(s).<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>                        <h2 class=\"h3\">\n        Submission Guidelines    <\/h2>\n                        <p>\n        To ensure your materials are processed efficiently, please adhere to the following steps:    <\/p>\n                        <h3 class=\"h5\">\n        Required Information:    <\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li><strong>Entity Name<\/strong>: The official name of your organization.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li><strong>Associated Pledge ID(s)<\/strong>: The unique identifying number(s) for your pledge(s).<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li><strong>Pledge Name(s)<\/strong>: The official name(s) of your pledge(s).<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ol>\n<\/div>                        <h3 class=\"h5\">\n        Specifications for Images:    <\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>File Format: PNG or JPG with the highest resolution available.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Dimensions: Landscape aspect ratio (16:9) <strong>and<\/strong> Square aspect ratio (1:1, 1080&#215;1080 pixels).<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Description: A concise explanation of what each image represents.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>                        <h3 class=\"h5\">\n        Specifications for Videos:    <\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>File Format: MP4 in full HD resolution.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Description: A concise explanation of what each video represents.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Translation: English subtitles or audio translation for non-English content.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>                        <h2 class=\"h3\">\n        Terms and Conditions    <\/h2>\n                        <p>\n        By submitting your materials, you acknowledge and agree to the following:    <\/p>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>You are authorized to submit the information, including all materials on behalf of the company\/organization for which you are acting.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>You agree that the information, including all materials you submit to us may be used by ITU, including be made publicly available through media tools and platforms, for communication purposes to promote your pledge, the P2C initiative and ITU\u2019s work in general.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>You agree that your company\/organization\u2019s logo may be used by ITU for communication purposes to promote your pledge.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>                        <h2 class=\"h3\">\n        Next Steps    <\/h2>\n                        <p>\n        Once your materials are finalized, please send them to <a><strong>partner2connect@itu.int<\/strong><\/a>.
