\n Boosting SIDS resilience and prosperity through universal connectivity and digital transformation <\/h2>\n

\n Despite being exposed to various exogenous shocks, including climate change, Small Islands Developing States (SIDS) confront these challenges with innovation and resilience. Under the overarching theme of \u201cCharting the course toward resilient prosperity<\/strong>\u201d, the upcoming\u00a0Fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0scheduled to take place from\u00a0May<\/strong>\u00a027\u00a0<\/strong>to\u00a030<\/strong>,\u00a02024<\/strong>, in\u00a0St John\u2019s, Antigua and Barbuda<\/strong>, will seek to assess the ability of \u00a0SIDS to achieve sustainable development progress, including on the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In preparation for the Conference and on occasion of\u00a0PrepCom2<\/strong><\/a>, Partner2Connect convened for a special event in New York targeting government representatives, P2C pledgers and other high-level stakeholders from the private sector, civil society and the international development community to explore how concrete commitments and meaningful partnerships around digital connectivity can boost SIDS resilience and prosperity.\u00a0
