The purpose of producing country case studies is to explore different visions of the future mobile information society. Countries were selected for growth and innovation in mobile services as well as diversity in culture and geography. 

Case studies on the future mobile information society are being conducted in the following countries: Japan, Korea, Morocco and Norway:
