Cristina Bueti

Cristina Bueti is a Policy Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Division at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). She graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and International Cooperation and Development of the University of Florence, where she completed postgraduate studies in International Cooperation. In 2003, Ms Bueti completed a project for the Faculty of Laws, University of Malta, before joining the International Telecommunication Union in Geneva in January 2004. As a Policy Analyst, she is actively involved in ITU's activities related to the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), Cybersecurity, Cybercrime, Child Online Protection and Climate Change. Her responsibilities include policy research, international negotiations, as well as organizing meetings of high-level experts, and international conferences.
