The Radio Regulations contains the complete texts as adopted by the World Radiocommunication Conference (Geneva, 1995) (WRC-95) and subsequently revised and adopted by World Radiocommunication Conferences, including all Appendices, Resolutions, Recommendations and ITU-R Recommendations incorporated by reference.
The new Radio Regulation Navigation Tool (RRNT) is a Java application software that offers a pure PDF viewing solution, running on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It is dedicated to browsing among the latest editions of the Radio Regulations, the Rules of Procedure and the ITU Constitution and Convention. It also allows users to navigate from those publications to the cited but not incorporated ITU-R Recommendations, without requiring any further download.
The 2021 edition was recently updated to Version 1.3 in August 2023. A one time fee ensures your continued use -- on up to 3-5 devices -- for the current RR until the next edition of RR in 2024.
