Coverage Service
Description *
Coverage Service is e-service to provide coverage and availability of communication and information technology (CIT) services and infrastructures. It's connected simultaneously with Telecom service providers' systems through CITC website and its application (in Google Play and the Apple App Store). The main objective of this service to provide public's right to check the availability of CIT service interactively in their locations, evaluate the services on each site, show other neighborhood experience and submit complain or request. The concern Service Provide can response to users evaluation and comment on it. Also, it will encourage the service providers to enhance and invest in the ICT infrastructure especially broadband services which will increase access to information and knowledge. All these process dealt with transparent manner where anyone can see the customer experience on the specific location.
