eHealth Portal
The Ministry of Health’s eHealth portal allows citizens to get vital eServices such as scheduling appointments, blood bank services, employment services to name a few. The automation of services has dramatically reduced time of completing processes. has 114 eServices, with 81 transactional services 30 of which are to the public, 23 to the employees, 8 to the government and 63 to private companies. As an added channel of delivery of services to the e-health portal the eSehaty mobile application which delivers several e-services that are targeted to citizens and patients. It includes informational, interactive, and transactional e-services.
