Dear WSIS Stakeholders,

We wish you all a Happy International Women's Day!

We also kindly invite you to join the conversation with the ITU Deputy Secretary General - Mr. Malcom Johnson at 3.00pm CET by joining through this link or by following us live on our facebook page.

To commemorate this special day, Mr. Johnson will lead a conversation with a group of men and women from the WSIS Team about issues related to bridging the gender divide, women empowerment, and promoting equality perspective through the use of ICTs.

Following the conversation, all will contribute to the international #choosetochallenge campaign of 2021 – from challenge comes change!

The WSIS Forum launched a 50/50 gender balance challenge inviting all stakeholders to mainstream a gender equality perspective and use ICTs to accelerate progress towards gender equality.
