This government project is unique in Senegal in the sense that it aims to create female digital startups. Objectives: Strengthen the access and capacities of girls and women to ICTs; - Strengthen the presence and participation effective women in positions of responsibility in the ICT sector; - Institutionalize gender in the ICT sector Activities: - training in gender, digital technology, leadership, entrepreneurship, - Competition for innovative digital projects, - Advocacy for women's access to decision-making positions - Communication.

The Ministry in charge of women of Senegal organized the innovation fair during the celebration of Women's Day in 2019. - The main actors of this innovation fair are the female startups created at the end of the organized competitions by the project. - The innovation fair was opened by the President of the Republic who subsequently asked the DER / FJ to finance all its startups and to support women's associations in digital technology. - Canadian cooperation was also inspired by this program and organized in collaboration with the project the contest for women and geomatics in Senegal. - The UNDP also launched a contest to support the empowerment of women through digital technology by reproducing the model of the female contest initiated by the project.
