"""Llegamos con TIC"" is the program for the appropriation of Information and Communication Technologies that encourages and promotes the development of digital skills and competencies in the people of the Colombian territory, especially those who are in rural areas.
With the use and appropriation of the internet promoted through the initiative Llegamos con TIC, tools are provided so that the inhabitants of the Colombian territory can use technologies meaningfully; that is, positively transforming their lives.

"This project is replicable in other countries with the following strategies: promoting Internet consumption as a mobilizing and transforming element in people's lives, mobilizing each one of the beneficiaries of the initiative around connectivity, understood as the opportunity to access the internet and improve their quality of life and that of their family and providing an offer of educational, social, cultural and economic content among others, regarding the use and consumption of the Internet as a way to promote the development of digital skills and abilities.

"This project allow citizens in general to train in digital skills and abilities, making available a platform through which the population can access on an offer of ten (10) free courses in virtual mode, asynchronous, certifiable and accessible through the platform www.llegamoscontic.gov.co. These courses foster skills and competencies associated with: Digital Literacy, Digital Commerce, Digital Communication, Digital Culture, Digital Government, Digital Wellbeing, Telecommuting, Digital Access and Digital Education."
