Express service for establishing administrative documents remotely

Description

The project consists of offering an express service for establishing administrative documents (birth certificate, criminal record, nationality certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) remotely. This is to offer an official source for ordering administrative documents with an online ordering service.
Anyone residing in Burkina Faso or abroad can benefit from the service by requesting their administrative document via a platform designed for this purpose and accessible by their PC or Smartphone. The information that is transmitted to the post office via the platform allows it to contact a town hall or a courthouse to have the administrative document drawn up as quickly as possible. The customer is notified by SMS as soon as the document is available to pick up at a postal agency that he will have previously specified when ordering.
Agreements have been signed with these different partners.
This project allows the customer to save time and money.
In addition, with this security crisis which makes travel difficult or even impossible in certain localities, this project undoubtedly allows these populations to obtain administrative documents.
