Public Authority for Social Insurance (PASI) aimed to provide digitalized services to its clients. Reaching such a goal emphasized PASI to enlarge it is data and not depend only on the data they own, nor, duplicate the effort of collecting the data held by other organizations. The issue of missing data integration resulted in a service that cannot be completed except after documents are added in each transaction and all these papers are requested repeatedly, which delays the process of completing a transaction involves human effort, additional resources, and maintenance costs. Therefore, PASI finds implementing Data Integration with governmental organizations and business alliances a must. The project focuses on (1) gaining access to the complex type of data that involves record linkage, which refers to the joining or merging of data based on common data fields. (2) Providing other organizations and business alliances with access to information owned by (PASI) which plays a vital role in enhancing their services, ensuring data correctness, and reducing cases of fraud. PASI was able to integrate with 24 organizations. Converted over 90% of its services to be automated due to data availability. And a 360 view of clients' data collected from different sources (organizations).
