• The Egyptian African Telecommunication Training Center (EG-ATRC) is established by NTRA, with the purpose of providing capacity development in the field of ICT for the African and Arab region. • EG-ATRC aims to develop human competencies capable of dealing with the challenges in the ICT sector. • The Center is launched in July 2021, its broad-wide curriculum includes different training programs and drills on Cybersecurity, Spectrum Management, Smart Cities & Infrastructure, Type Approval, e-payment, Licensing and Market governance issues.

NTRA believes in the essential and vital role of African human competencies working in the field of Communication and Information Technology, and the role that these human experiences play in developing and stimulating the promising African digital economy, In this project, we highlight the necessity of human competencies development with the aim to transfer soft skills experiences in terms of technology and expertise to African regulators through building bridges across the continent Which comes in line with the WSIS values related to capacity building and that ‘’ Each person should have the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in order to understand, participate actively in, and benefit fully from, the Information Society and the knowledge economy’’
