Information and Communication Technology Literacy Driving Village ( Kartika ) is a facilitation program, campaign and education on the use of information and communication technology implemented by KIM Pangongangan Madiun City with full support from the Pangongangan sub-district and other mobilizing communities.
The form of activity consists of facilitating umkm to go online, making photos of residents' business products, digitizing education space and the residents' economy. Kartika is also a commonroom study and joint campaign about the safe use of ICT.
Meanwhile, joint campaigns and outreach are carried out in the form of expos/exhibitions, bazaars and creative shows. This activity involves educational institutions, government, private sector, mass media and community/society. In the joint campaign and outreach, the social and economic potential of the people in the Pangongangan village is shown and campaigns for the optimal use of ICT.
Kartika does not involve KIM members, but also PKK, UMKM, LKMK and Karang Taruna. KIM Pandan Arum had great hopes that it could be more optimal in educating the use of ICT to the general public, in addition to carrying out its routine activities as a citizen journalist.

4. Adding ICT learning methods and types as well as ICT campaign methods in the community.
