The National Telecom Regulatory Authority launched its My NTRA interactive application for individual and corporate users, through which a set of interactive services can be obtained with a mobile phone without the need to communicate with call centers or visit the operators’ branches.The application is a response to the complaints received by the NTRA and to the needs of users in the Egyptian market. It is considered to be one of the world's leading applications in terms of the number of services provided and their integration to the end user, as the project offers several interactive services for users.This project comes within the framework of NTRA's keenness to facilitate ways to obtain communication services and enhance methods of communication with users, and also in line with the Egyptian national strategy towards digital transformation.My NTRA provides an online platform for users in Egypt, which helps individual and corporate mobile users save time and effort to obtain the services they need electronically, using just the handset of their mobile, to improve the user-experience and ease up the process of receiving services via mobile phones. My NTRA application can be downloaded for Android users through the Play Store and for iOS through the App Store. The application supports Arabic and English languages

The application is sustainable and can expanded to include more services.
The application supports the Egyptian national strategy of digital transformation and ICT applications promotion, and helps in facilitating the public access to services. The application shall minimize the need for physical contact with service providers, which will improve the efficiency of the service, foster competition and promote innovation.
