The National Volunteer Work Platform


National Volunteer

Description

A pioneering Saudi incubator for volunteer work that contributes to providing a stimulating environment and regulating the relationship between the providers of volunteer opportunities and volunteers. It aims to support government and non-profit sectors in the Kingdom by facilitating the opportunities to attract cadres of volunteers to practice their volunteer work in a safe environment.
Objectives:
1. Protecting volunteer work from misuse.
2. An interactive platform between volunteers and entities.
3. Reducing costs and contributing to improving services for the sectors.
4. Documenting the voluntary efforts of individuals and entities.
5. Facilitate volunteers' access to volunteer opportunities of all kinds.
6. Providing volunteers for different sectors with different specializations.
7. Monitoring indicators of volunteer work.

Number of volunteers: 484,251 volunteer
Number of entities: 3990 entities
Number of volunteer opportunities:242,805 volunteer opportunities
Number of volunteer Hours: 35,778,922 Hr
Economic return from volunteering = 916,111,302 SR
The number of beneficiaries of volunteering is more than 42 million beneficiaries
Number of training courses and workshop = 122
The number of consultations provided to entities and individuals = 18,636 consultations.
The number of entities benefiting from the platform training = 565 entities.
Number of individuals benefiting from training and consultations = 10,889.
