The Auto Refund application designed for the end user to raise refund on their own and respective ministries to manage the raised refund via portal. The solution integrated with the Payment Gateway and the Financial Management Information System to capture the transaction and lies with relevant merchant entity / ministry for dispute management. The system built as part of initiative of Ministry of Finance to automated refund process and partnership is important of successful system lunched and used to meet our goes quality of services.

This system is for automated refund process for all customer in the UAE who use federal government services, it could be replicable with advance version or making some enhancement for refund process.

This process is sustainable project were supporting the environment with 0% using of paper through all process of applying refund application in the system, so the customer got his/ her refund amount after auditing to bank account without need site visit or paper to be used.

Auto refund system include two values of WSIS which are: shared responsibility and respect for nature. The main objective when system has been built is to 0% using of paper to save the environment and shared the responsibility of sharing information with automation solution provide for customers and financial controller in all federal entities.
