It provides mobile wallet services (such as cash-in/out and P2P transfer), merchant payment services (such as NFC, QR Code, Super APP) and finance services (such as overdraft, micro loan, saving & insurance) seamlessly through feature or smart phones using communication network capabilities.Huawei Fintech serves over 300 million users globally, accounting for 30% of total registered mobile money accounts, Huawei Fintech's top customers include Kenya M-Pesa, Bangladesh bKash, Pakistan JazzCash, Myanmar KBZPay.In 2020, transaction value in the platforms exceeded $200 billion. During the pandemic, multiple governments used Huawei Fintech to distribute relief payments with a total value of over $2 billion covering more than 50 million people. In Kenya, Fuliza provided cumulative overdrafts of over $50 billion to traditionally unbanked individuals to help people to survive the hardest of times financially. In Myanmar, KBZ connected 280,000 merchants and provided payment support for more than 20 scenarios such as recharge, e-commerce, entertainment, online-education, catering, transport with a monthly transaction of over $1 billion, much of which would not be possible using physical payment due to ongoing health restrictions.

There are more than 30 deployments of Huawei Fintech across more than 20 countries, in Kenya, M-Pesa serves more than 26 million customers (50% of the total population) the value of transactions is Ksh 13.9 trillion which is 150% of GDP. In Bangladesh, bKash serves more than 30 million subscribers (20% of the total population). In Pakistan, JazzCash serves more than 24 million subscribers (12% of the total population), in Tanzania 10 million (20% of the total population) Millions of job opportunities have been provided as a direct result of the Fintech business networks created and due to the boost that a Fintech powered digital financial ecosystem can give to commercial & ecosystem development within a country. During the 2020 Pandemic, multiple governments have relied on the Fintech Platforms to deliver much needed relief, totaling over $2B in value. In Myanmar, KBZPay has reached over 7.5million users and more than 300,000 merchants & agents of which 52% are businesses run by women. Through KBZPay thousands of female entrepreneurs now have a place to store & manage their finances digitally & safely and to connect with millions of customers.
