Forests sequester carbon and produce oxygen. This makes forests a defender of climate and humankind. That’s why tree planting projects are becoming a priority in international climate policy. Because the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere continues to grow, indeed.

We have developed a carbon footprint calculator that allows you to calculate the total amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere as a result of the activities of a company or an individual, and also gives recommendations on the number of trees that need to be planted to compensate for these emissions.

By analyzing the carbon footprint data, a company or individual will not only help to plan actions for sustainable development, but also can make a real contribution to minimize the impact on the planet of their services and products.
The calculator was launched in 2020 and more than 50,000 trees were planted in 5 regions of Russia. More than 1,000 volunteers were involved in the planting trees.
The goal is to involve companies and the public in the process of carbon footprint compensation and to planti 1 billion trees in Russia by 2050.

The organization of tree planting replication now is possible in 43 regions of Russia
In the future, it is possible to cover for planting trees in all potential regions, as well as to develop the project to other countries which need reforestation badly.

Sustainability of the project: it solves the problems of our target audience. The project has no restrictions on the target audience/ It is easy to implement, easy to replicate. It is easily scaled and topical.

We propose to develop a private model of supporting environmental initiatives, where forest restoration is supported by companies and society, where everyone can join and contribute. Our project solves the problem of reforestation, involves in solving the climate change problem of , thereby increasing environmental awareness and responsibility for the nature we live in. The main goal of the project is reforestation and responsible attitude to the environment, the development of environmental volunteering and environmental education of the participants, as well as drawing attention to the problem of deforestation and the climate crisis.
